  It is midmorning on a Saturday and we waited about 20 minutes to be seated. It took about 10 minutes to get drinks and we've been sitting since about 1145 and it's 1215 and still haven't gotten our food.
  
  On the other hand the restaurant is clean, there's a good atmosphere, it's not too loud and the staff id's friendly.

  After having my order messed up for the third time, I'm pretty done with this place. The first two times were not a big deal and they fixed their mistake. The third and most ridiculous example though is when I ordered raspberry crepes and was sent blueberry crepes... twice... The first time I asked for it to be fixed I was given blueberry crepes again, this time with the blueberries on the inside (?) So I explained the problem for a third time to my waitress and she was still just as confused. I seriously cannot think of an explanation for this other than that girl seriously did not know the difference between raspberries and blueberries. The kitchen is also pretty slow. Other than that, the food is great!
