  Patio was great, food was average but the service was absolutely horrible! We waited 20 minutes before even being greeted and to give our drink order. Then, our drinks took an additional 35 minutes....we ordered 3 BOTTLED beers and a margarita, absolutely no excuse to wait almost an hour for such a simple order. On top of that, half of the food showed up, BEFORE our drinks, but we didn't even have silverware on the table so our food sat there for yet another 10 minutes while we waited for silverware AND OUR DRINKS!!! We asked for chips and salsa 4 times and never received them. Our server, Carlos, was hardly attentive, we saw him maybe every 20 minutes. We asked to speak to a manager and he told us they were "too busy"...Iv worked in the restaurant industry for almost 5 years and there absolutely NEVER a time where a manager is too busy to speak to an upset customer...we paid our bill and left but I assure you we will never return to Casa Alegre and will strongly encourage our friends to avoid it as well. There are far better Mexican food restaurants in the area that actually care about their customers.

  Good music, food was alright, but honestly the worst restaurant service I've ever experienced in my life. After we were seated it was a very long time before our waiter came by. We ordered drinks. A while later we ordered food, but still no drinks. We actually got our food before our drinks! 3 of the 4 drinks were bottled beers, and the other was a margarita. Unfortunately silverware was nowhere to be found. Our food got cold and a member of our group had to leave the table to search for silverware before the hostess ran up and shoved four sets on our table. You might assume that at a Mexican restaurant we'd at least be nibbling on chips and salsa this whole time. But you'd be wrong. Our multiple requests for chips and salsa fell on deaf ears. None was ever provided. Before leaving we asked three times to speak with a manager but our server Carlos would only tell us that the manager was too busy to speak with us. We paid our bill and won't ever be back.
