  I generally dislike chain restaurants unless I am absolutely starving, but I have to admit that Carrabba's is a gem in Louisville, CO. I have been there several times now for business and pleasure and have yet to have a bad meal or service. They have a great Happy Hour and I leave continually impressed.

  I haven't been to a Carrabba's in a long while and this one was convenient as we were in Louisville and looking for food. My impression / recollection of Carrabbas is that it is a budget-friendly Italian-American restaurant. This is what we got, except the prices were not in-line with the rest of the experience. I didn't expect to pay $18+ for a chicken parmessan, with a $2 upcharge for the $4 Fettucini Alfredo side. There is a disconnect between food and price. Either the prices ought to be lower or the quality of the food needs to improve. The overcooked Fettucini and slightly burnt Chicken would have been overlooked at a lower price, but not when you're paying $20+ per plate.

  The food made us sick. Ordered clams an was sick the next day throwing up all. Day feeling sick the price for there food is not worth it. They pay 3 dollars for a 17.99 plate they charge me
